The Business Problem
Understanding that a huge proportion of the market has gone online in recent years, Blanc Des Vosges wanted to increase the number sales they make through their eCommerce website.
Unfortunately, brand awareness was quite low in the online space. This, along with the fact that their products are priced higher than industry standard, made organic traffic initially very limited. This was something that would need justifying before we start to drive more traffic.
We split our approach into individual SEO and SEM campaigns. We focused our SEO efforts on more generic keywords like ‘bath linen’. By optimising website content for these keywords, we were able to boost online traffic and rankings considerably. We focused our SEM on more specific keywords with the intention of giving traffic numbers a short-term boost before the SEO results kicked in.
