The Business Problem
Reddoorz approached FPD to improve Reddoorz hotel bookings by ramping up organic traffic and search visibility.
To boost organic traffic, FPD needed to rank the site for top generic keywords but the site wasn’t even ranking for branded terms. This was mainly due to a site rendering issue, and we needed to work closely with the Reddoorz product team to solve this as well as other technical issues that we found during the site audit
The approach taken by the team at FPD is to firstly identify the top keywords and create optimized content for all cities’ landing pages. Priority was given to resolving technical issues such as fixing a prerender middleware for searchbots to crawl and index the site, optimizing metadata, hreflang, sitemap, redirect loops, schemas and splitting of sitemaps, among other elements.
